Meaning “passion” in Hindi, Fitoor Restaurant's incredible design invokes a Mumbai-style scene with an innovative culinary experience and signature cocktails. Friday and Saturday nights come complete with fire dancers and Indian-inspired DJ mixes. Three stunning spaces flow effortlessly into the next, with the lounge area and bar displaying a curved wood slat ceiling, and “The Portal” feature is a short hallway that appears to undulate as you walk through to one of the dining areas. The entire dining experience is as luxurious as the booths, marble accents and beautiful lighting fixtures that enhance the atmosphere of Fitoor.
