ABOVE Breakout Rooms

Soaring 600 feet in the heart of Bellevue’s central business district, this building is now the city’s tallest landmark. A technology client has leased nineteen floors with a mission to cultivate a more inclusive, flexible post-pandemic workspace. Mission Bell was involved early on in a design-assist capacity. The design introduces a dynamic new office concept featuring lounges, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, focus areas, communal centers, team suites, and dedicated head-down zones to support diverse work styles. Enhancing this environment is curated artworks, vibrant hallways, wood accents, modern lighting, and furniture, with convenient coffee bars and eateries throughout, creating a welcoming, collaborative, and contemporary space. This design prioritizes comfort and well-being as teams transition back to the office, blending cutting-edge technology with sustainable urban architecture, with natural wood, plenty of light, and biophilic design throughout.
