This tenant improvement project is all about community and inclusivity. Encompassing four floors of space in downtown Redwood City, its floorplan and bright open spaces were geared toward collaboration. This includes a Community Space that provides free meeting and event space for organizations to convene and collaborate, hosting events and programs that support the local community free of charge, with multiple layout options for events, trainings, screenings, and more. Designed to inspire creativity, the paneled walls and brightly colored graphics create a space that is both functional and fluid.
